What size do I need?
Don't worry about finding the correct size. We only sell the "ME Size" because we choose it for you. Our trained orthopedic technician will analyze your scans and determine the right size and width for you. So just sit back and look forward to discovering the new feeling of comfort.
Product Sizing
We only sell sneakers for adults because children's feet tend to change and move a lot. When you provide us with your feet data using our SNEAKPRINT KIT, you don't have to worry about choosing the right size. We will analyse your feet and determine your needs and the right size/width. So just sit back and enjoy our full service.
Is it a medical product?
SNEAKPRINT is not a medical product. We are a lifestyle brand with the perfect fit. However, we guarantee that our footbeds are of the same quality as those of a medical product.
Can I order specific sneakers, such as two different heights?
Since we create all of our sneakers just for you, it is possible to create special orders. If you suffer from two different leg or foot lengths, let us know via the questionnaire, and we can adjust the sneakers a bit. However, please note that we are not a medical product and cannot address serious orthopedic problems.
How do I receive my order?
Before you receive your personalised sneakers, you must place an order on our website. If you have not yet measured your feet, you will receive our SNEAKPRINT KIT first. If we already have your feet digitised, you will simply receive the ordered style custom-made for you.
