Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship and sell to Europe. Depending on your location, shipping fees and times may vary.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on whether you need to provide your foot data or if you are already listed in our customer profiles. If you are not listed, you will receive our SNEAKPRINT KIT, which takes a maximum of 5 minutes to create imprints. Shipping the kit takes about 2-3 working days, but this can vary depending on your location. After we receive the kit and digitalise the imprints, we start designing your sneaker. The entire sneaker production process takes about 2 weeks.

Can I return the sneaker?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns due to customer law (Widerrufsrecht) § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. All of our products are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns. However, we are a client-driven brand and want you to be happy. If there is something that doesn't match your desires or needs, please let us know, and we will find a solution that works for both of us.
