In order to strike a balance and offer quality footwear at reasonable prices, we presently utilize lasts in various widths, ensuring a comfortable fit for a majority of wearers.

Moreover, we are actively exploring the expansion of our last shapes to accommodate even the most unique foot profiles. Our commitment is to continually enhance our range to cater to diverse preferences and ensure that our customers experience both comfort and style.

Our orthopedic technician designs custom insoles based on your scan data, ensuring that you receive personalised and optimal support. Common corrections such as custom arch support, a heel cup, and a metatarsal pad are expertly assigned to enhance your overall comfort. The use of lattice structure into our midsoles further elevates the level of provided support.

Our Sneakprint Kit, coupled with a detailed questionnaire, helps us gather precise information about your feet. If needed, customers can schedule a phone call with our orthopedic technician to discuss specific concerns and determine if our product is suitable for them.

After purchasing a sneaker style online, we'll process your order. If you haven't used our Sneakprint Kit this year, we'll send one to you. Once we receive your foot measurements, we'll print the midsoles and hand-assemble your sneakers before shipping them to you. It usually takes one to two weeks to produce and ship your sneakers after we get back the KIT.

Our Sneakprint Kit includes a 2D blueprint paper and a 3D foam box. The paper captures your dynamic pressure distribution when walking, and the foam box provides 3D data of your foot shape. Detailed instructions and videos will guide you through the process.

You can share existing scans with us, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy or take responsibility for them.

We recommend updating your foot scans annually as feet change shape over time.

Additionally, the orthopedic corrections in the midsole may initially feel different if you're accustomed to standard footwear. We recommend giving it a few wears to allow the shoes to fully accommodate your feet.
